About this Project
The Florida Department of Transportation is improving the existing barrier system at each end of the Howard Frankland bridge by replacing the existing fence with concrete barrier wall.

Improvement Highlights

Gravel fill will be placed beneath the new barrier and behind the existing seawall in order to prevent future storm damage.
